1. Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched (whichever comes first).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

• Contact our support team immediately at +91 79846 82601 or email info@9kgolds.com with your Order ID and cancellation reason.

3. Cancellation Post-Dispatch

• Once an item has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return once the product is delivered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund on Cancellation

• For eligible canceled orders, prepaid amounts will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
